Yes, the membership is valid for 12 months. Our team will notify you before it expires, giving you the option to renew.
You may cancel within the first two months for a partial refund up to $220. After the first two months, the membership fee is non-refundable, but you’ll continue to enjoy high-speed internet and member benefits for the full 12-month term.

No, there are no hidden fees. Your $330 annual membership fee (including GST) covers all internet services for the year. Any additional services you choose, like technical support or hardware purchases, will be discounted by 20%.
